Added joists and treated floor
Replaced rotten floor decking
Reinstalled vinyl flooring
Set 2 commodes with new wax rings and replaced trim down around floor.

Kitchen Remodel

Removed cabinets and flooring. Tore out subfloor, replaced floor joists, rim joists and seal plate as needed.
Installed new decking after new joists were installed. Reinstalling previous cabinets and installed countertop. Reinstalling previously snap lock flooring.
