This master addition is taking shape and all the details are starting to show out!

A couple of our favorite things about this space is the detail in the tray ceiling and the gorgeous wet room for the shower and freestanding soaker tub!

We’re close to the finish line and this is our favorite part: watching it all come together! 🌟🌟🌟

Pulled up to this job site today to see siding almost complete and the mahogany double front doors installed. The fireplace was installed yesterday and insulators were onsite foaming today too! We love these warm sunny days when we can make progress on the interior and the exterior at the same time!

We’re collaborating today with industry professionals, other general contractors, and some of our favorite reps and vendors at the Greater Fort Smith Association of Home Builders meeting!

Just last month, because of our relationships at the local and state level, we were able to work with city officials and address a situation that involves duct and insulation to better serve our clients!

We’re glad to have partners near and far to help us build incredible custom homes for our clients!

The masons are transforming the exterior of this project this week! Choctaw stone and Ivory buff mortar are the perfect combination with the lap siding, shake, and metal hand rails.

🏃 job site stops from today… and we still didn’t get pics at every project!

1. Wet room in progress
2. Cabinet pull install
3. Light fixtures and faucets
4. Laying out some back porch steps and planters
5. Matching siding
6. Picking out plumbing fixtures
7. Laundry room tile Install
8. Rock steps and Iron railing In the works
9. And we poured a slab today!!!

We have sheetrock and Insulation In progress at 3 other jobs! And we’re keeping tabs on lots of window and door orders and reviewed drafts for 2 kitchens! Our days are filled with Incredible projects!!

We’re dividing and conquering to drop by each of the projects we have going today! We’re almost finished with electrical and ready to install a few more doors and then insulate on this one! Love the grand detail in this gorgeous home and love how it’s coming along!

March was such a full month with multiple projects in progress, but we are behind on sharing them! Be looking for some big things we’ve been working on!

This morning we walked through one of our newest projects that is just taking off! All the interior walls are up and it’s so neat to be able to look out each window and take in the scenic views!

Our schedule is filled with amazing clients and fabulous projects! We don’t take for granted the trust our clients put in us. It’s an honor to make dreams reality!
