Meet Foreman Dale Dixon!

Dale, better known around here as “Cowboy,” has been part of the Kirby team since 2000. He got his start laying waterline on a job with Danny Kirby, and over the years, he has become a steady, dependable leader in the field.

Dale is hardworking, loyal, reliable, and always willing to do what it takes to get the job done right. His experience, work ethic, and dedication have made him a valuable part of the Kirby team for more than two decades.

When asked about his favorite job he has worked on at Kirby, Dale said the Landfill project in Centerville, where he ran the end dump and scraper, stands out the most.

Dale says one of his favorite parts of working at Kirby has been the people, especially getting to work with the Kirby family over the years. He has always had a lot of respect for David and Vivian and the way they built this company.

When he’s not working, you can usually find Dale riding his motorcycle.

We’re thankful for the years of hard work, experience, and dedication Dale has given to Kirby Specialties. Help us recognize Cowboy!

Kirby may look different today, but the values behind the work have never changed. Those values started with David and Vivian Kirby, who built this business over 50 years ago. We are so thankful for the foundation they created and the legacy that continues today.
