Second Shift: 🕟 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

Meet Tyreek Dorsey, our Shop Foreman!

Tyreek started his journey with CRG as a Saw Operator in 2017, and through hard work, dedication, and leadership, he has grown into an important part of our shop team. Today, he helps lead the day-to-day work in the shop and keeps projects moving with quality, precision, and a steady positive attitude.

One thing you can always count on with Tyreek is seeing him with a smile on his face. He brings great energy to the shop and helps create the kind of environment people actually want to be part of.

When asked about his favorite item built in the shop, Tyreek said it was a large 16' x 30' stainless steel tank, a project that stood out because of the craftsmanship, detail, and teamwork it required.

Tyreek’s favorite part of his job is that no two projects are the same.
“We never produce the same thing. It’s always something new.”
He also loves the family atmosphere at Construction Resources.
“It’s like showing up to my house to work with family. I don’t feel like just a number in a shop.”

When Tyreek isn’t at work, he enjoys grilling and fishing with his fiancée, Courtney, and their son, Oziah.

We are proud to have Tyreek as part of the Construction Resources team and are thankful for the leadership, experience, and positivity he brings to the shop every day.
