Rutland County Parent Child Center Ground Breaking

After more than six years of preparing, planning and overcoming setbacks, the Parent Child Center of Rutland County has officially broken ground on its new campus on Chaplin Avenue.

We are very late posting this wonderful addition to our office on Wales St. This beautiful mural (from the very talented Ethan Nelson) was painted on the north side of our building. It faces Washington St. - Ethan and his colleagues - John, Josh, & Matt worked for several weeks to make this happen. Thank you for all your hard work.
