Out with the old, in with something that’ll get used everyday.

We turned this worn-out screened in porch into a clean, open space with fresh cedar, cable railing, and a whole new look.

If you’ve got a porch that’s seen better days, give Top Notch Construction a shout. We will get you fixed up!!

It was great seeing the county come out and celebrate at the parade last night!

The only thing straighter than our framing is our love for America. 🇺🇸🔨 Happy Fourth of July!❤️💙🤍

Another beautiful East Tennessee project taking shape.

Our crew recently started the window install on this stunning lakefront home, and it’s exciting to see the vision come to life. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and views are truly exceptional.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to work alongside talented builders and contractors to help bring projects like this to life.

Quality work. Strong partnerships. Built the right way.
