Lead Carpenters/ Superintendents
We're growing and looking for experienced professionals who take pride in quality craftsmanship.
If you're someone who can read blueprints, solve problems, lead crews, and deliver exceptional work without shortcuts, we want to hear from you!!
We are looking for people who have:
✔️ 10+ years of carpentry experience (commercial, residential, or both preferred)
✔️ Leadership experience managing crews
✔️ The ability to read and interpret blueprints
✔️ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
✔️ Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
✔️ Professional hand tools
✔️ Willingness to travel to job sites throughout Ohio
Experience in:
• Architectural millwork & cabinetry
• Solid surface countertops
• Interior trim & finish carpentry
• Doors, frames & hardware
• Wood & metal stud framing
• Casework installation
• Suspended acoustical ceilings
