We formed and placed the concrete here. The forming require setting up for a pit for the lift and adding short walls in a uni pour. We used LVL’s because it needs to straight, square and plumb to meet the lift clearances. The sheathing was painted with intumescent paint to meet the required fire rating as it was 6’ from the other building. As this need to meet ADA, it was a challenge to meet the sloping requirements and flat area requirements in front of the door.
