🚨 It is our absolute honor to welcome Cool Air Rebate as the TITLE SPONSOR of the 38th Annual Stand Down 2026 Resource Event! Their launching of the Cool Air Salute Program will take place at Stand Down 2026. This innovative initiative helps eligible Veterans keep their vehicles safe, reliable, and comfortable by assisting with 95% of the cost of qualifying air conditioning repairs for qualifying vehicles and participants.

For many unhoused Veterans, a vehicle is more than transportation. It's temporary shelter. Reliable air conditioning can make a meaningful difference in the comfort, health, and safety of our Veterans. At VVSD, we're committed to removing the barriers that stand between Veterans and long-term stability. The Cool Air Rebate Salute Program helps Veterans maintain dependable air conditioning in their vehicles while supporting a critical lifeline to employment, healthcare, and essential services.

We are incredibly grateful to Cool Air Rebate for their innovation, generosity, and dedication to serving those who served our country. We can't wait to officially launch the Cool Air Rebate Salute Program at Stand Down 2026! 💙❤️

Next week, San Diego! Our friends at Veterans Village of San Diego (VVSD) host the 38th Annual Stand Down — July 17–18, 8am–5pm, Ingram Plaza at Liberty Station. Free for veterans, active-duty, and militaryfamilies: health care, legal help, haircuts, meals, and 50+ organizations ready to help.

We're proud to stand alongside them, together with the Car Care Council.
