The work doesn't happen without the people behind it.

Blue Iron crews show up on some of the most demanding foundation and shoring scopes in the country — in the heat, away from home, and to the same high standard every single time. We couldn't be prouder of the team we have.

There's more to the Giken Silent Piler than quiet installation — the way the machine operates has real safety advantages for the crew working it.

That’s a wrap on Construction Safety Week 2026.

This week we talked about recognizing hazards, responding before something goes wrong, and respecting the plan and the people around you. But if you’ve spent any time with a Blue Iron crew, you know that’s not just a week-long conversation — it’s how we operate every day.

Thank you to our owners, superintendents, safety leadership, and Safety Committee for sharing what safety means to them. Thank you to our project managers and superintendents who make sure safety is built into every project before we ever mobilize. And thank you to our crews for showing up every day and executing the standard on every jobsite, coast to coast.

Today’s Construction Safety Week theme is Respect — and to us, that starts with every person at Blue Iron Foundations & Shoring.

Every employee shows up with the same responsibility: follow the plan, look out for each other, and speak up when something isn’t right. This week we asked our owners, superintendents, safety leadership, and Safety Committee what safety means to them. Swipe through to hear it in their own words.

Every person. Every role. Every voice.
