Before and after➡️From an old built-up system to a brand-new VRV system!

We recently completed a heating and cooling upgrade for Roseville Theater, giving the facility a much-needed comfort overhaul.

Our Special Projects team did a great job meeting the intricate requirements of this project, given the facility's layout and confined spaces. At Cooper Oates, there's no challenge we can't overcome to deliver the results our customers need!

Most property managers have a strong handle on their HVAC systems- after all, comfort complaints are hard to ignore.

Plumbing, on the other hand, often operates behind the scenes. Subtle changes in pressure or hidden wear inside pipes can go unnoticed, making it easy for issues to slip into an “out of sight, out of mind” category... that is, until a larger problem surfaces.

🎥: Replacing an old built-up system with a brand-new VRV system for Roseville Theater!

A built-up system contains the same components as a package unit, but each piece of equipment is located in a different area of the building.

These systems were often preferred for larger buildings in the 60s and 70s due to their customization and efficiency that pre-packaged units could not compete with… until more efficient options, like VRV systems came along✅
