To start off this post - yes, we missed you too. It’s been a crazy past few years; however, we have officially got our page up and running again! We have some really exciting things launching this year and honestly cannot wait.

Another exciting thing we are starting: a blog and newsletter! I really love to talk to you guys and so I am now starting a biweekly newsletter! This will let you know what’s going on, what we are working on, and I might even throw in some giveaways or random discount codes…join it on our website home page.

All of this being said, the team here at CROM couldn’t be more excited to get this going again, and we apologize for disappearing. If you had any issues with your orders years ago, please reach out so we can try to help. [email protected].

I want to apologize to everybody for my absence as of late. I couldn’t bring myself to talk about it publicly until now. As many of you know I am still a full-time police officer, and CROM is kind of my side gig. Please forgive my typos as this is hard for me to write.

Recently, I lost a very close friend. He was my very first partner, almost 20 years ago, and has been a continuous friend through the years. He suffered a major heart attack on duty recently, and spent several weeks in a cardiac ICU. I was at his bedside on the last day. His wife called me the next morning to let me know that he finally lost his battle. The loss of my old friend took a heavy toll on me, physically and psychologically. I’ve been working very closely with his widow to finalize arrangements for his service. To be honest, I just wasn’t ready for a world without him yet. Tomorrow I say my final goodbyes to my buddy, as I have been honored to be a pallbearer for his service.

My old friend was a huge supporter of me succeeding with CROM. This post is not an excuse for my absence, but a mere explanation. I owe many of you a very sincere apology, and I will be attempting to contact you in the next 24 hours. I have a plethora of unanswered emails and DM’s piling up. I promise that I am doubling down on all my efforts starting immediately.

What’s happening CROM Family!?! I have noticed a few comments about me not responding to emails/DM’s, and I wanted to make a public apology to those offended. You see, I erase over 200 junk emails a day, and this picture is still what my email account looks like. I honestly try to reach out personally to each person, but I just don’t have enough hours in the day to keep up with correspondence. Between running CROM, being with my wife and kids, and still having a full time LE career, a few of you slip through the cracks. I just wanted to say that I haven’t forgot about you, and I promised my team is hammering away to fulfill all orders.

The temperature is rising here, so I hope you guys are enjoying good shooting weather. I just finished a shift in 100° sun. I’m completely spent, but I’m still plugging away at my mailbox this evening. You all stay hydrated, stay safe, stay healthy.
