A.P. Thomas Construction, Inc., a Sacramento commercial general contractor, is looking for a part time administrative assistant to join our team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Phones
• Filing
• Process all incoming and outgoing mail
• Typing
• Coordinate office equipment repairs
• Restocking all printer paper trays
• Order office supplies and marketing gifts
• Restocking and ordering kitchen snacks and drinks
• Set-up project and accounting files
• Archive project and accounting files
• Coordinate meetings and events
• Update & distribute public calendar and project log
• Keep common areas neat and organized
• Maintain voicemail system
• Scanning in documents and saving to the server
• License verifications
• Assist project coordination and accounting as needed
Individual must be organized, detail oriented, working knowledge of Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and have excellent phone and customer service skills. Construction experience is a plus.
