Great to see the CPUC reject the utilities’ latest attack on schools and apartment buildings seeking to install . The utilities had proposed to shorten the deadline for submitting final paperwork for projects that have been developed under NEM2 for sites with multiple electric meters. Just having this proposal on the table was costly to customers as their timelines were disrupted, but thankfully it has been put to rest.

Over the past several years, CALSEIA has awarded the "Les Nelson Award" to a person (or persons) in our industry who exemplifies Les’s commitment to the advancement of solar energy in its various forms throughout California.
