Joey, you are the true backbone of this company. The man behind the machines. The standard you hold, the leadership you bring, the way you look out for the team while pushing us forward… there’s honestly no one more worth celebrating today (or any day for that matter).

This birthday serenade he received on the manufacturing floor he runs...from the greatest assembly team in the industry...is now up there with my all-time favorite Butcher Power Products moments ever.

This Thanksgiving, our hearts are full over here at BPP. We are truly grateful for every member of our incredible team and every customer who trusts us to be part of their projects. All of your support, hard work and partnership are what make this company so special. We wouldn’t be who we are without you.

This year, we’re especially thankful for the opportunity to give back to our community through the Friends of Folsom Turkey Drive. Jeff Garcia, Sarah Woods, Woody A Woods, Moises Abarca...because of your incredible dedication over 5,000 families will have a Thanksgiving meal on their table today. Thank you for allowing us to play a part in making that possible.

Happy Halloween from the Butcher Power Products crew! We're obsessed with all the photos of employees, kiddos and pets in costume rolling through the group texts and Slack channels today... seriously, too good not to share!

From Procurement Witches to Pretty Princesses (and a few very patient pups - including our Chief Emotional Support Doodle turned Ladybug), we’re loving every bit of what this team brings.

It’s days like this that remind us ... the people behind the power are what make Butcher Power so special.

When you have remote employees, staying connected can seem like a challenge...for us, it’s a challenge worth rising to.

We’ve got engineers all over the country and we make it a priority to get them out of Google Meets and into real meeting rooms whenever we can. Last week, our Head of Electrical Engineering Rich Abina flew out to Chicago to spend time with our Head of R&D & Medium Voltage Jose Correa and Mechanical Engineer Juan Torres.

While we’d love to have them in the office every day, we’re proud to have built a culture that reaches beyond our walls...because great collaboration doesn’t need one roof…it just needs the right people.

Last week, we packed our suite at Golden One with employees, spouses, and kids to see Maroon 5...all coordinated through a group chat (yes it was dubbed "Moves Like Jagger").

It wasn’t just a night out... it was a celebration of the kind of culture that makes this place what it is.

Special thank you to everyone who came out, Kiana, Kat, Woody, Joe, Courtney, Megan, Jesse...Tom & Alissa so appreciate how you show up for BPP everyday. And to our host Chantelle, who makes the details feel effortless.
