Meet our team! Hi everyone, this is Luna, our newest team member.

Luna comes to us from Ashland, Oregon and in interested in carpentry to learn skills that she can use in life. She wants to be competent and capable doing carpentry and thinks it is awesome to know how to do these things without having to call someone else.

So far she’s loved getting a taste of the various things we do here, including building cabinets and framing, and she is excited for what the future holds. She says every new thing she’s learning opens up at least 100 more!

We are happy to have Luna as part of the DePiazza & Reed Team and will be introducing you to the rest of the team over the coming weeks.

Our Story

After graduating from UC Davis, Danny got his start in the construction business working in San Francisco for a remodeling contractor. In 2007 he moved back home to Sacramento to work for a local remodeler. It was during this time that he earned his reputation as a thorough, detail-oriented job manager. He thrives on pushing a construction schedule forward while coordinating all the parts and people that go into a major remodel or building project.

Dave grew up in the foothills and moved back here in 2009 after having graduated from Westmont College and training as a finish carpenter in Santa Barbara for 13 years. In 2010, Dave went to work for the same company that Danny was working at. The two of them developed a friendship there, and a good working relationship. Dave started his own business with a partner in 2011, and a couple of years later, Danny joined.

Since then, they continue to use their gifts to build high-end projects in Sacramento’s wonderful neighborhoods. Danny’s management skills and Dave’s eye for detail complement one another and provide a superb building experience for our clients.
