This house was severely infected and damaged by termites. We have recorded a video to show you what wood damaged by termites looks like. You can even see the insects crawling on the wood. The wood becomes fragile, brittle and dark brown color.

The siding on this house will need to be updated. As you can see some of the wooden planks have developed dry rot and are weak and brittle. We will need to remove these. Once the siding has been uninstalled, we will carefully check the wooden structure underneath the siding as well to ensure no further damage has been done to the structure of the house.
