We are proud to announce that Royal Electric has received the AGC of California Construction Safety Excellence Award in the Specialty Contractor Division, Over 900,000 Worker Hours category!

This award recognizes contractors who demonstrate exceptional safety programs and a commitment to protecting their workforce.

At Royal, safety has always been more than just a priority. It’s a shared responsibility built into everything we do. From proactive hazard identification and ongoing training to strong field leadership and open communication, our teams make it their mission to create safer jobsites and ensure everyone goes home safely.

This recognition is a direct reflection of the dedication of our Safety Team, field leaders, and employees who continue to strengthen our safety culture across every project.

A lot can change in 90 days 👀🏗️

Take a look at the progress happening at our Santa Monica big blue bus zero emission project.

Over just this past month, our team has been busy installing underground conduit, while our project partners have been hard at work on demolition, concrete, foundations, equipment pads, storm drainage, and more.

A lot of moving parts, all coming together to bring this project to life!

Construction Inclusion week is just around the corner!

Construction Inclusion Week gives our industry the opportunity to celebrate the people and perspectives that make our teams stronger, while continuing to build a culture where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and supported.

This year's theme is “Continuing the legacy of Workforce Excellence” and here at Royal we intend to do that by showcasing what we do day-to-day to the next generation. Our mission is not limited to transforming the culture of construction internally, but also externally. This year's Construction Inclusion event will be focused on inspiring those who support us at home to do the work that we are passionate about.

This year, we’re inviting members of our team to bring a family member to work for the day, giving them a firsthand look at what they do, and expose them to the many careers that exist within construction.

We’re looking forward to sharing more throughout the week and, hopefully, inspiring a few future builders along the way!
