Ryan Adair, owner of Adair General Construction, began his career in construction in 1998 as a drywall installer. He quickly adapted to the business of renovation and remodel; and in 2003, he was hired as a project manager for one of Sacramento's leading commercial developers. With hard work he became the head of the construction division, supervising up to 100 employees and subcontractors involve

d in the completion of over three million square feet of commercial building renovations and tenant improvements throughout the Sacramento area. In 2011 Ryan made the decision to start his own company, and Adair General Construction opened its doors. Ryan is a highly motivated, creative individual with excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills, and he has built strong relationships with his clients, customers, and colleagues. He is an expert at design build, pre-submittal planning, and permit expediting, and he works directly with his architects and structural engineers to develop scopes of work and engineering solutions. He understands the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components of his projects and employs only the most reputable, experienced subcontractors. Ryan is a "master" at implementing the most efficient and cost effective methods for achieving timely project completion while maintaining the highest building standards and property aesthetics.
