Watch your condenser!!!! If it’s under the pitch of a roof??? It WILL get hammered & a lot of that dirt from roof gets onto unit. You can see in pic. I added a larger hood to cover the the line sets coming in through the back. I also wrapped each set for mor protection. Off you have a set up like this??? Please get a hood. If not me, try someone else. But please protect your investment!

SPOTS ARE STARTING TO FILL FAST!!!!Word is out that I’m back up & running!!!! But I would like more jobs. It’s hard to advertise when your trying restart a business that was growing quick prior to loss of truck. But since then, it’s picking up & the heat is coming… IS YOUR A/C working correctly???? Woman was charged $1200 to fix a clogged drain & piping… she paid $600…. This is how I found it!! Now it’s my problem. And that’s only one of many fixes needed… I told her to take company to court! I’m the one that has to get this figured out & fixed. FUN TIMES!! Anyone want to help?

John did a great job fixing our dishwasher. He ordered the broken part and came back and fixed it.
