Start making money while the "S**t hits the fan"

My name is Martin Schriber and many of you may know me already from various endeavors throughout the timeshare and travel club industry over the last 20 years. I personally was in the industry for 20+ years. In and out of Mexico, Costa Rica, St Thomas, and a few other places here in the USA and I loved it. Learned more than college or university could have ever taught me
Anyway, times are fu**ed up right now and I get it and I can only imagine what this crisis is doing to the timeshare and travel club industry.
So about a year and a half ago I came back to the USA and started working in the solar industry and it has been a wild ride. Big money, easy money and plenty of it out there. A wide open industry with minimal competition.
I am now part owner of a solar company in St. Augustine Florida and I want to share with my blessings with my old friends in times of need.

Pros:
Selling solar is based on the exact same selling style as old school timeshare (The simple T-Pitch)
It is basically rent vs own and hedging against inflation
The technology is now here, where solar can compete with the cost of electric company rates and most of the time we can get their electric costs lowered from day 1
Solar is a clean energy (Environmentalists love it)
Every sale you make, you literally make a difference in the world by cutting literally tons of carbon emissions from entering the atmosphere (Save the world)
You can make big money setting appointments from home and selling them with simple webinars, we show you how (Average commission per sale is $3,000 to start and can go up 3x)
We can install in 17 different states
No need for any licensing
We offer full training through webinars, live trainings and videos
We offer easy access to multiple lead companies as well as lead strategies. Some of you may already have leads that you can do nothing with now, why not try and sell them solar
You can work from anywhere in the world with internet access and a laptop or tablet
$20,000+ months are not hard to come by (only 2 deals a week)
Our industry can and will not be shut down, the government considers us an essential business (we create electricity for homes)
You only need to find and sell the clients (and we help you with both) and we handle the rest
We handle everything else. All of the engineered proposal services, permitting, design plans, installations, activations, warranties (25 year) and more
It's super easy to get started
Cons
It's hard to be broke and start in this business, you will probably need at least a grand to get started the right way. You do not have to pay me or any start up fees or membership fees or anything else. Your only costs would be setting up and supplying your business with leads, which means purchasing or procuring your leads and possibly setting up a CRM or other automated systems to handle your workflow and leads. (For those of you with access to leads already or have a system in place to acquire leads you will have a leg up on everyone else)
For those of you who want to test the waters but not spend a bunch of money to get started, friends and family who live in the states are great to start with. Remember, solar is something you can sell your friends and family and actually feel good about it and they will not hate you for it
The commissions are not immediate and can take some time. Commissions are set to pay 30% within 2 to 3 weeks after signed documents are submitted and the remaining 70% balance to be paid 10 days after the installation (which usually takes 6 to 8 weeks)
