Project Update in Starke, Florida – Progress is Moving!

Another milestone reached!

Our footers have been excavated, formed, reinforced, and passed inspection. These have to be some of the cleanest footers we’ve put in the ground—they came out fantastic.

Don’t mind the standing water—we’ve had a lot of rain lately, but the footing trenches are ready to go. Concrete is being poured today, and if everything stays on schedule, we’ll have the stem wall completed this week and will be going vertical with framing next week!

It’s always exciting to see a project transition from dirt work to the actual structure taking shape.

Today we passed our pre-slab inspection, and tomorrow morning we’re pouring concrete. It’s always exciting to see months of planning, permitting, site work, and preparation come together as a project starts taking shape.

Progress is underway in Flagler Estates.

Site work and pad prep are officially moving forward on another custom home build for our clients. A lot of people only see the finished house, but the foundation of a successful build starts right here with proper clearing, grading, drainage planning, compaction prep, and coordination long before concrete is ever poured.

This phase is one of the most important parts of the entire project and sets the tone for everything that follows.

We are excited to keep this one moving and look forward to sharing more updates as we transition into underground utilities, slab prep, and vertical construction.
