It's that time of the year to service your Heating and Air Conditioning unit(s). Our yearly inspection/servicing includes:

-Outside unit cleaning
-Check contactors and capacitors for proper function
-Check Freon level (added Freon is an extra charge)
-Clean drain lines
-Oil motors
-Check for proper amp draw
-Check and rake evaporator coil, pull if needed (extra charge)
-Check for proper air flow and adjust vents as needed
-Clean or replace filter
-Check thermostat function and adjust settings as needed
-Inspect attic for adequate insulation
-Inspect duct work for leaks, which would cause inadequate air flow in your house
-Inspect duct work for mold/mildew, which can be harmful to your health (Remember, you are what you breathe!)

Regular servicing of your unit can help extend the life of your HVAC unit, help reduce utility bills, help prevent unsafe operating conditions and help avoid costly breakdowns.
