Just removed rotten sill plates, joists, and rim joist on a house. This is why it is important to have the appropriate flashing installed when you do new siding. This is 4 years of destruction that happened because no flashing was installed. Stay tuned for the finished project. Please feel free to give us a call if you have any problems with your siding.
