It’s game week in Chicago, and you can feel the excitement! This Sunday, the Chicago Bears take on the Green Bay Packers — and for many of us, that means bragging rights are officially on the line. 😄

Whether you’re wearing navy and orange or green and gold, there’s something fun about a rivalry that brings people together, sparks a little friendly competition, and gives everyone something to talk about around the office on Monday morning.

It’s also a great reminder that a little competition can be a good thing in the workplace. The best rivalries push us to do our best, bring energy to the team, and remind us that we can compete passionately while still respecting one another.

We honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and the families forever impacted by that day.
