Anybody know what this thing is?

Tag somebody who'd know what this is called. Bet the industry folks get it in about 2 seconds!

Most people guess "big pipe." Close, but no.
I'll say this much. The welding is the easy part. The hard part is every one of those flanged connections has to sit dead square, right spacing, bolt holes clocked right. Because when this thing gets to location, all of them have to bolt up the first time. Nobody out there has time to fight iron.
Cut, fit, welded, stands built, all under one roof here in St. Clairsville.
