Two weeks into a site turnaround and this crew made it happen. From pulling and swapping a 12,000 HP GE synchronous motor to transporting the existing unit for rotor reconditioning and reinstalling it with a new stator, this was a full team effort from start to finish.

Led by Todd Psikal and Jason Poche, with field support from Quentin Scott, David Lockhart, Jacob Smith, and shop backup from Aarden Dick and Cody Barrett, this is what solid coordination between the field and shop looks like!

This week was a busy one at RSAW, on top of the day-to-day shop workload. We wrapped up our Q4 State of the Company meetings, where we recapped the final quarter of 2025 and celebrated finishing the year with our highest numbers yet, exceeding our annual goals!

To say thanks, our Head of HR, William, fired up the grill and cooked steaks for the shop both days of the meetings, with our HR team, Ty and Morgan, helping out with the sides.

None of this would be possible without the hard work and dedication of our shop guys and internal team we couldn’t have done it without them!
