We’ve got a full house today at RSAW!

It’s always exciting to welcome customers into our facility. Today we’re hosting three different companies for tours, giving them a chance to meet our team, see our operation firsthand, and learn more about the ways we support industry across the Gulf South.

We believe the best conversations happen on the shop floor. When people can see our repair process, our inventory, and the pride our team takes in their work, it paints a much better picture than any brochure ever could.

We appreciate everyone taking the time to visit us today, and we look forward to building on these relationships for years to come.

Things are moving right along at RSAW!

Our campus expansion is starting to take shape with new covered workways that will help improve how motors move between buildings and support a better flow across the shop.

Exciting things are happening at Red Stick Armature Works! As we continue expanding our campus with new covered workways to improve motor transportation between buildings, Heavy Fleet Equipment Specialist Dwayne Gordon jumped in to start preparing the ground for a new gravel lot that will house our growing fleet.

Around here, our team doesn’t stop at their job description. Everyone is willing to pitch in where they’re needed, and that’s what makes RSAW such a special place to work. Growth is built by people who are willing to do whatever it takes.

We’ve had a busy quarter! During our State of the Company meeting, we held our annual Spring Fish Fry Cookoff, where three team members competed with help from the guys in the shop.

Good food, friendly competition, and a great way to bring everyone together!

Two weeks into a site turnaround and this crew made it happen. From pulling and swapping a 12,000 HP GE synchronous motor to transporting the existing unit for rotor reconditioning and reinstalling it with a new stator, this was a full team effort from start to finish.

Led by Todd Psikal and Jason Poche, with field support from Quentin Scott, David Lockhart, Jacob Smith, and shop backup from Aarden Dick and Cody Barrett, this is what solid coordination between the field and shop looks like!
