Project update 👷🏼‍♂️🏡

We’re making great progress on this home as rough-ins are wrapping up and we prepare for the upcoming 4-way inspection.

In this video, Micah walks through exactly what “rough-ins” are and what inspectors are looking for during a 4-way inspection — including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and framing before insulation and drywall begin.

A lot happens behind the walls before a home starts looking finished, and these inspections are a critical part of making sure everything is built correctly, safely, and up to code.

New project underway: Lava Rock 🔨

We’re excited to get started on this detached casita addition for an existing property.

A strong build starts with a solid foundation, and this stage is all about making sure everything underneath is done right before concrete is placed.

Progress update on our TC Project 👏

We’ve officially reached another exciting stage — the exterior doors are installed and insulation is complete.

This phase is one people don’t always see, but it plays a huge role in the comfort, efficiency, and overall feel of the home.

• What sound batts are and how they help reduce noise between rooms and living spaces

The details behind the walls matter just as much as the finishes you see at the end. Building a quality home starts long before the sheetrock even goes up. (Which is our next step)
