Ence Homes

BUILT DIFFERENT | BUILT BETTER
Serving Southern Utah Since 1957 George, Utah. The Ence family invites you to visit any of its communities throughout the St.

Ence Brothers, Jay and Quentin, and cousin, Paul founded Ence Homes, in 1957, with their dream of building quality new homes in their hometown of St. Throughout the next forty years, Jay, Quentin, and Paul worked together to be an active part of the growing community. They taught their children the family business, with focus on integrity and hard honest work. Their first home sold for $17,000, and their dream has grown to more than 10,000 homes throughout Southern Utah and Mesquite, Nevada. Troy, Kolby, & Jon - Current Owners of Ence Homes
This is the legacy that Quentin's sons, Troy, Tracy, & Kim took over when they purchased the family business in 1996. Quentin's sons, Troy and Jon, and their nephew Kolby have been the current owners since 2020. The new generation of Ence's are committed to the legacy of yesterday; and, is equally committed to provide prompt, courteous customer-service and build quality, innovative, and energy-efficient homes. This is the Ence legacy, to be: a family-oriented business founded on integrity and value; a neighbor dedicated to the wellbeing of the community; a company homebuyers can always trust; and a builder committed to be here for years to come. George area.
