Well this was a tough one but we knocked it out of the park. All 2'x4' tiles new ceiling with can lights. Custom walk in shower with seat.

We are now scheduling Christmas light hanging, tis the season and time to get those lights hung. $1.00lft for single story, $2.50lft for 2 story, $3.50lf for roof access only because we gotta harness up to do your roofs and it also usually raining too so hazards. And real steep roofs there will be a price given at time we show up there's risks involved when it's steep but we can make any light arrangements you want. So nobody getting their lights hung or any Renovations needed. I find this hard to believe.
I'm a licensed bonded and insured general contractor with great rates and excellent references.
I have a 25% off labor right now till January. Excluding light hanging.
