This cottage has a foundation that has failed
The subsoil is the problem so the
New foundation will have helical pears under it

This house was moved on site we moved it in a big circle through the field to avoid cutting some trees that would have been in the way if we went straight sideways so now the trees will be in the front yard of the new location

This cottage had been all fixed up inside by the previous owner and was still on a crawl space
The new owner decided to install a walk out basement and new retaining wall on the lake
Improving the view & axis to the lake
Getting all excavating and landscaping done at one time

This lake front cottage was being remodeled and then it was suggested that a basement could be added under the house
So the home owner called and we put him in our schedule
Now he has a walk out basement with lots of big windows dubbing the size of the house

This one is a little bit different
There is a three lair brick wall on the second floor with beams and posts under it
The owner of the building added cement footings and then we raised up about 8” on one end to make it straight again and installed new posts under it on the new footings
Now it can be remolded with out any of the old issues reappearing

This house was relocated less than a mile
We had two electric lines moved then we went through the field to avoid the last wire witch belongs to a more difficult to work with utility company witch saved time & money making it easier for everyone involved

This house was moved several miles
Some of the roof was removed to fit under the wires
Now it has a new roof and a new basement

This garage got moved off to the side wile the old foundation was replaced and then moved back

This is an old barn with 12’ ceiling and small door openings
Now it has a 16’ ceiling and a 32’ opening on the end
