This landlord needed a sewer pipe that ran under the driveway replaced. IN JANUARY. The frost was about 18" deep, and had to be jack-hammered before it could be dug out. We ended up replacing about 80 feet of sewer pipe, then backfilling the trench.

This landlord had this derelict house right behind an apartment building. He was sick of the eyesore and needed extra space for tenants to park, so down it came!

These homeowners purchased this house in early winter, and they really needed more driveway space. We started by widening the driveway so they could at least make it through the winter without having to shuffle cars every day, and then finished extending the driveway into the back yard and spreading gravel the following summer.

An old barn had been demolished on this site, and the homeowners wanted some fill brought in to cover up the concrete floor and raise the grade to match the rest of the front yard. They also had a small hill in a nearby field that they wanted removed so they could have a flatter area to use there, so we were able to use that hill to fill in the front yard.

Had a busy day removing an oil tank, burying a propane tank, and regrading a few spots on this property in Danville.
