July 1 marks the 76th anniversary of Saint Joseph Waterproofing Company, a family-owned and operated business that my father established in 1949.

For over seven decades, we have proudly served the Saint Joseph community and surrounding areas, providing impeccable service and a deep knowledge of materials. As we welcome the arrival of spring, I wanted to take a moment to remind you about an important home maintenance task: checking your sump pumps. With the dry conditions we've experienced recently, it's possible that your sump pump may have lost its prime.

To ensure that your sump pump is functioning properly, I recommend adding some water to the sump pit. This will help verify that the pump activates and operates as it should. Regular maintenance is key to preventing any issues when the rains do arrive.

Wow,2021 was a year for the books! Between COVID-19 and record rainfall,2021 was challenging year for all of us! I never thought We’d see a time when people would be working from home, some not working at all and cost of materials changing overnight ! To add to all this chaos, the housing market went crazy! People sold houses for much more than they were worth. Even homes that never would’ve sold due to structural issues are moving, which leaves new homeowners footing big pills to make necessary fixes. During this crazy time, it seems like everyone became an “expert” in home repairs, only for unassuming homeowners to find out is not the case.

St Joseph Waterproofing co., Inc. had some many calls in 2021 that it was difficult to respond as quickly as we wanted.with this being said, i want to thank everyone that had the patience to wait for me to, not only look at your projects, but in most cases, repair the problem. I really appreciate the multitude of opportunities for our Company to provide services for you, but more than that,i have a very deep gratitude for the faith and trust you put in me to get the job done. Here’s to a happy and healthy 2022!
