DreamStart does not act as the project builder, general contractor, or installer. The property owner independently selects, contracts, pays, schedules, and manages all field contractors. The $8,000 design agreement is a standalone, non-refundable design fee and is not credited toward materials.

Signed, sealed, ready to build. ✍️

The construction plans for this Lake Viking home were signed this week. The design is locked, the foundation is in, and the SIP panels get cut to match the drawings, down to the inch.

That's the order we always follow: plan it all on paper first, then the builder builds it once. Thanks to J&J Construction Services & Consulting for a great start.
