We recently read “Why design is ‘not just a pretty face’ for multifamily anymore” from Multifamily Dive, and it shared an interesting perspective on multifamily design:

Attractive spaces are increasingly the expectation. What matters is how well people actually use them.

The most successful amenity spaces are the ones residents want to gather in, work in, relax in and return to again and again.

That’s a good reminder that design is about more than appearance. It’s about creating spaces that support how people really live.

A first look at our work underway at Ivy League Place!

We’re transforming the 3rd-floor office space through a full reconfiguration, from framing and rough-ins to drywall, electrical, HVAC, acoustics, millwork and flooring.

The project is still in progress, and there’s plenty more to come. Follow along as we share the transformation from start to finish.
