Starting with the initial phone conversation, we will provide you with an overview of the process necessary to produce the desired outcome for your home improvement project. It is understandable to have questions regarding the numerous options that will be available to you. It is our goal to educate and be a resource! Oftentimes over the phone we can provide a “ballpark” number for your project and talk through variables and that can affect cost and quality. The personal relationship we have with each customer is most important to us. Appreciating the investment people make in terms of time and money, we operate differently than many companies in that a commitment will not be asked for until you are ready. By visiting the property we can meet in person and determine the value and features of your project and use that information to provide a free estimate. Often this estimate will lead to further questions and when you are ready, the process will have worked its magic and you will be an informed, confident customer of The Window Geeks!
