Production Laborer:
St. Marys Box Company, Inc.
Looking for production laborer to set up and operate various types of manufacturing equipment to produce our product to the customer’s specifications.
Qualified candidates should be dependable, team players, willing to learn and take direction. Must be able to read a ruler.
Set-up equipment for production runs.
Mount print plates and die boards on cylinders.
Adjust the machine during production runs.
Feed stacks of cardboard blanks onto the equipment.
Cardboard blanks weigh between 15-25 lbs.
Lift, stack and hand tie the stacks of finished boxes.
Stack the boxes onto the pallets for shipments.
Responsible for quality control checks.
Positions are full-time, 1st shift. Monday–Friday 7am-3pm

Health Insurance benefits begin the first of the month after being hired full-time.
All other benefits (vision, dental, life, and short-term disability) are paid 100% by St. Marys Box Company.
401-k (Company pays 3% of base wages and will match 2% contributed by the employee.)
