Here are a few before/after pics of a recent project in Lewis Run PA. Project objectives include; maximizing shower size for accessibility, zero threshold, multiple grab bars, large seating area, easily reachable controls, ample storage and custom exhaust system. So the mission here was to find the best location in
the home that allowed for an elevator installation
We decided the existing laundry room was best
suited to satisfy the criteria. This required
relocating the washer and dryer to an existing
bathroom, where we installed an accessibility
shower and flipped a closet door. We then flipped
the remaining laundry cabinets and wet counter to
the opposite side of the room to allow a straight
shot from elevator exit to the room exit. Last but
not least, there was a small void left between the
elevator and the original laundry room door, where
we were able to build custom shelving. This
project was not without challenges, but those
challenge's were easily out weighed by the positive
impact it has on the amazing family that needed it!

These before/after pics are from a recently completed project in Johnsonburg PA. Design requirements Included; maximizing kitchen working space to include the largest island possible with seating for up to four and improving the working light in all areas (I can not express how important it is to have a good functional design). In order to accomplish this we swapped the existing laundry room with the half bath. This allowed us to push walls as much as possible and still retain the convenience of first floor laundry and bath. The design was expertly completed and cabinets were provided by

We built the countertops on site and coated with Stone Coat epoxy products. The final product applied was the Ultimate Top Coat in a natural finish, this product allows for full use in 24hrs and a very durable surface. Drywall and painting was completed By Ed's Drywall.

Here are some pics of a large all encompassing project that took about 6 months last year. We went from top to bottom on this one, starting with a new roof, kitchen, windows, doors, bathroom, flooring throughout, whole house plumbing and finally replacing the heating system. For the kitchen project we relocated the foyer entrance door so that we could remove a section of wall to add an elevated dining area. Here are a few before and afters of a Kitchen project in Ridgway PA. This is a complete remodel, all wall and ceiling coverings removed to allow for current code wiring/plumbing and insulation. The customer fell in love with the first design and cabinets provided by www.kerseykitchens.com. Countertops were built on site and coated using www.stonecoat.com epoxy. Recently completed project in Brockport PA. The counter tops were built and coated by us on site with www.StoneCoatCountertops.com products to mimic an Uba Tuba granite. We had a lot of fun on this one, thanks mainly to a great customer interaction!
