Dear Valued Customers,
I hope you’re all doing well. I wanted to reach out personally to inform you of an upcoming change to my lawn care services.
This week’s mow (Sunday, May 3) will be at your current/original pricing.
Beginning with the following service, there will be a $10 increase per property, bringing the majority of mowing services to $40 per mow. This still includes mowing, w**d eating, and blowing off all areas to keep your property looking its best.
I sincerely apologize for this change. I understand that many of you are on fixed incomes, and this was not an easy decision for me. However, with fuel costs now exceeding $5 per gallon and overall operating expenses increasing, I can no longer maintain my previous pricing and continue providing dependable service.
For my commercial properties currently at $35, as well as a few properties already at $40, I will keep your pricing the same for as long as I can manage costs.
There are also a few larger properties that require significantly more time and resources—I will be reaching out to those customers individually to discuss adjustments.
Payment Policy Update:
For customers paying monthly, unless prior arrangements have been made, accounts must be current before service is performed. This means payment must be up to date, including the mow being requested, before service will be scheduled or completed.
To those who have been paying extra or tipping to bring your total closer to $40—thank you. Your support has truly helped keep me going, and I appreciate it more than you know.
I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out.
Thank you,
Jason
