After 38 years with the company, we’re proud to recognize Jeff Senff, Regional Sales Manager for the Trackman brand, as he heads into retirement.
Jeff’s journey with the Trackman brand began in 2009, working with paver customers before officially joining the Trackman business full time in 2012 as one of the first outside sales representatives following Goodyear’s acquisition. From covering the U.S. to expanding into international markets, Jeff played a key role in growing our customer base and strengthening relationships across the industry.
Throughout his career, Jeff witnessed and contributed to major milestones:
🔹 Expansion of the Trackman sales team and customer network
🔹 Growth of rubber tracks across agriculture and construction markets
🔹 Evolution of the industry through larger equipment and advancing technology
But beyond the business, Jeff’s impact comes down to the people.

From signing new customers to traveling across regions and learning how farmers adapt to different conditions, Jeff built a career defined by curiosity, connection, and commitment.
As he looks ahead, Jeff is excited for a new chapter; spending more time with family, traveling, getting back into golf, and spending time with family.
