It's 9/25, and we're celebrating a woman who showed the world that you can build an empire, give back to your community, and look fabulous doing it. 💗

Dolly Parton and our own Dawn Lednum might have slightly different approaches to workplace fashion, but we think they'd agree on a few things: work hard, know your worth, take care of your people, and never underestimate a woman with a plan.
