Single cell sequencing is incredibly precise. Your sample tracking needs to keep up. One sample can quickly turn into multiple aliquots, smaller tubes and hundreds of individual IDs. Add cryogenic storage or higher sample volumes and keeping everything connected gets a lot more complicated.
