This holiday season, the LS Black Constructors team came together to reflect on a year of hard work, shared wins and strong partnerships (not all pictured). It was a chance to celebrate what weโve built, and the people who make it possible.
Through partnership with Beyond the Yellow Ribbon in Hugo, MN, we brought holiday joy to two local military families as part of their Secret Santa program. With generous contributions from our employees and company support, we helped make Christmas brighter for those who serve. It was a meaningful reminder that our values of service, teamwork and accountability extend far beyond the jobsite.
Our commitment to service also reached Fort Snelling, where Santa (our SSHO) helped spread holiday cheer by serving coffee and donuts to those on base.
During our year-end meeting, we were honored to hear from Mark Dowdle, whose message on commitment, consistency and accountability reinforced what it means to lead and serve, on the jobsite and beyond. As we close out the year, we carry those lessons forward.
From our team to yours, Happy Holidays, and hereโs to a New Year built on purpose, discipline and service.
