Project: Industrial Washer Trench Screens
Challenge: A large industrial laundry facility needed custom stainless steel screens with precise perforations to fit into existing trench drains.
Solution: We designed and fabricated 14-gauge 316 stainless steel removable screens with detailed shop drawings, including mounting channels and a hinged access door.
Result: The screens were delivered on time and fit perfectly, allowing easy removal for cleaning while maintaining proper flow.
