✨ BATHROOM TRANSFORMATION! ✨

We took this dated bathroom and gave it a complete refresh while creating a clean and modern space.

The transformation included a new freestanding tub, large walk-in tile shower with frameless glass, new tile flooring, updated vanities and countertops, new fixtures and lighting, and fresh paint throughout.

That oversized walk-in shower and freestanding tub completely changed the feel of this bathroom. 🙌

🏠 THIS is what a full main-level remodel looks like. 🔥

This wasn’t just new cabinets and countertops—we completely transformed the layout and expanded the footprint of this home. Believe it or not, these before-and-after photos were taken from almost the exact same angles. What a transformation!

We started by demoing the existing kitchen, then took things even further:

🔨 Excavated and poured a new crawl space to create a larger footprint
🔨 Reframed the addition and installed new roof trusses
🔨 Opened up the main level for a much larger kitchen and dining area
🔨 Installed new hardwood flooring throughout
🔨 Added all-new cabinetry with a massive center island
🔨 Installed quartz countertops and matching quartz backsplash
🔨 Upgraded the electrical throughout with new recessed lighting
🔨 Added a mini-split system for year-round comfort
🔨 Finished it off with new appliances, trim, paint and all the details

The before-and-after pictures really tell the story. What was once a small, closed-off kitchen is now a bright, open main level with a huge kitchen built for everyday living and entertaining.

Another stunning outdoor living space in the books! 🙌

This elevated deck build features ProWood TrueFrame pressure-treated framing built to last through every Minnesota season, topped with Azek Vintage Collection decking in English Walnut — a rich, warm tone that looks incredible day or night. We paired it with Afco Cable Rail and a matching Azek Vintage English Walnut drink rail for a clean, modern look that doesn’t block the view.

But the detail that really takes it to the next level? The lighting. LED riser lights illuminate every step, and LED post cap and side-mount wedge lights cast a warm glow across the entire deck. The photos speak for themselves.
