I just realized I forgot to add these pictures of the locker installation and finished product. Turned out really nice. Opened up the wall and pushed the lockers deeper into the closet that was there to make the entry significantly bigger. Made some custom trim including a 3/8 bullnose out of oak to match the current base in the house.

Built-in lockers. Super slick, primed and ready for paint. Time to get some color on that bench seat and start the finishing process.

So I did this with some free time. Turned out pretty ok. All done with chainsaws and a bit of torching and hand sanding.

Finally did something for my own house. Quite the difference from the 1970, windowless, solid pine doors that were up.
