Construction is officially underway at South Haven in Edina! Our team is hard at work renovating 100 total units including full plumbing stack replacement, along with common areas and site improvements. This building will remain occupied throughout the duration of the project. Follow along for progress updates!

Last week we celebrated the completion of our patio and window replacement project at Becketwood Cooperative with a ribbon cutting! It was great to see members enjoying the new spaces and sharing their excitement about the finished improvements. Swipe to see the results.

Retirement may still be a couple of months away, but Chief Estimator Mike Szurek is already giving us a preview of how he'll be spending his time! 🏌️‍♂️

Mike recently shared some golf tips with the admin staff. Let's just say Mike made it look a lot easier than it is. We may not be professionals, but we had a great time learning from someone who clearly knows what he's doing! ⛳

Last week we had the privilege of celebrating the residents of the Raymie Johnson Community alongside Washington County CDA at our Re-Grand Opening cookout. Burgers, hotdogs, and a lot of gratitude.

Excited to welcome Thomas Lovald to the team! 🚧

Thomas is joining us as an intern onsite at the HUB apartments exterior project here in Minneapolis, where we are tackling high-rise envelope remediation work. It's a great project to learn on — complex, hands-on, and a real look at what goes into restoring and protecting a building of this scale.

Internships like this are how the next generation of construction professionals get their start, and there's no substitute for time in the field. Looking forward to seeing Thomas dig in, ask good questions, and grow with us this season.
