What started as a small roof leak at a St. Paul school turned into a major building investigation.
Repair King recently performed a commercial roof inspection that included EPDM roof evaluation, roof core testing, interior leak investigation, rooftop HVAC inspection, and storm damage documentation.
During the inspection, we identified multiple conditions affecting the property, including membrane damage, moisture intrusion, damaged rooftop HVAC equipment, metal cladding impacts, and other building envelope concerns. Core samples helped confirm conditions beneath the roof surface that could not be seen during a standard visual inspection.
This project is a great example of why commercial property owners should never assume a leak is "just a leak." Proper investigation, documentation, and technical evaluation can reveal issues affecting multiple building systems.
