The sheathing is still underway, but seeing these details come together gives the structure even more definition. One step at a time, this home continues to take shape!

Demo is officially underway in Hudson and we’re already almost complete! 🔨💪

The guys will finish up a few framing items next before the plumbers and electricians get in for their rough-ins. One phase down and another one getting ready to begin! 🏠🔨

Framing continues to take shape out in Afton, and there’s a lot more to it than simply putting up walls. Every wall, opening, header, and connection has to be laid out accurately so the structure comes together properly from the foundation all the way to the roof system. Getting these details right during framing is critical—it sets the stage for everything that follows, from windows and siding to mechanicals, drywall, and finish work.

The crew is doing a great job keeping the details dialed in. More progress to come!
