This part is from a big manufacturer and I’m not going to say who because it doesn't matter. This is something that happens everywhere. This is what you get when you pay little to nothing for welders, you get an inexperienced welder. This is why you need to pay well if you want a good welder. This part is full of cold welds (no pe*******on into the base metal), porosity (small holes in the weld), and lack of welds. Now this isn't the welder’s fault! This should have been caught by Quality Control and / or Paint, & then train this welder how to properly set up their welder. I will have to re-weld this whole thing (I'm not going to charge the customer for welding the whole thing). I can't let this out of my shop like this. It's just plain unsafe.
